I Have Totally Fallen Off The Wagon

Hi: I am in need of some help....I had my sleeve done in April and have lost 55 lbs. I have not lost another pound since August.( I haven't gained). but... I have become cocky, I pretty much eat what I want and I feel that my stomach has stretch, I am always hungry. Every morning I tell myself, I did this for a reason and I dont' want to be a failure with this. I know I am not being successful and need to get back on the wagon - People were telling me how good I looked and I guess like I always did, I felt I looked good enough and stopped trying so hard. Now I feel like I am out of control, I really thought it was going to be easy - But I am having a really hard time. Has anyone else fallen off and got back? Any suggesstions I still have 40 more pounds to loose. Thank you,

I haven't fallen off the wagon LOL, but I have had times where I eat things I know I don't need too. What I do is start LilMissDiva's The Basic Bootcamp to get rid of my carb cravings and it gets the weight started. You can search for it on this site. You can do this, just take 1 day at a time. :)

The good news is that you know how to maintain. :) The question is what will it take to get you back on track? What is the source of your problem? Do you have trigger foods around your house that you need to get rid of? Is it eating out?

Yes, I had a period when I did not lose any weight for about 2 months and pretty much "accepted" that I was done losing weight. But I really started focusing on exercising and was thrilled to see the scale moving again. I was also going through a period of depression and the exercise helped TREMENDOUSLY with that. I know what you mean about getting "cocky". I am very guilty of that at times. When I don't eat right though I feel so sluggish and unhealthy. I'm in a rut right now as a matter of fact. Although I haven't gained weight, I know that I'm not doing my "temple" right. I just bought another diet journal yesterday and am determined to get back on track with journaling and accountibility. I have found that even though I'm at my target weight and my body fat is acceptable, I just feel like trash when I don't eat right. It's all about health at this point. I also just splurged and bought a couple of clean eating books for motivation. Good luck on your journey. It really is a journey!!

I've problems with sleep. Nights are the worst for me! Can't sleep, even when very tired. Mind is on overdrive. Thinking, trying not to ponder over difficult matters. Next thing: I'm reaching for food. A little bit of this and a little bit of that...

Not gaining weight but not loosing either! Still changing body shape. Hoping for some solutions in my life, soon I hope.
