I to am wondering what can cause & when a leak can happen. I'm 4 months post op and have no problems (thank God) until now. I've had pain off & on sometimes when I eat and noticed if I do my abs durring a workout it hurts where my left side drainage port was. Any similar stories? Can you get a leak this far post op?

I am also 3 wks out and still have pain. I also have high pain tolerence. Lots of health issues before I lost weight. Having pain after eating(mushies) or drinking thick protein shakes. I also have pain when stretching or moving a certian way. My Doc says it's taking longer to heal because of revison from band. Ready NOT to be in pain. But glad to be rid of band.
