Hello CaliAmber,

I had my surgery on 10/8/12. I was feeling like that the day I went in for my first post op appointment. I just took some pain medicine and the next day it went away. It could be that your doing to much to soon. Or it could be gas it is in different parts of your body. So take it easy and get some one to pat you in the places your having pain. Like you would burp a baby lol! It sounds funny but it worked for me. The Protein and Water will get better, variety is the key. If you need to talk just message me maybe we can be each others sleeve support.

Take care Jenipher!!
