Kaiser Sleevers, I Need You!

ok everyone on here has seen differant drs and differant hospitals and plans but my kaiser folk understand me and can answer someof my questions under kaiser rules. my question is how many calories and carbs your baratric dr told you to have. my baratric doctor is mirmadi ifi spelled her name correct. i am very confused because i cant barely get 800-900cal and i put in my fitclick the calories from the website on our menus and it was 539 wth

so i spoke to my nut. she said 800 cals were ok and i can do 100grams of carbs and will be ok. i feel so much better now. i am no longer confused.

What exactly is the kaiser program the you refer to in this thread if you don't mind me asking. It is a bit different from the plan I am following which does not have a particular name. My plan is basically eat low carb, minimal sugar and low fat 5-6 times a day with getting above and beyond 64 oz water and 80 gram protein. Most of these rules come from my NUT. I have been following it without deviation. I do get hungry more now especially between meal 4 and 5. Other than that, it is not too hard to follow.

fiddleman here in california we have a health plan called kaiser. kaiser has a very good baratric program we have to do 3 months of nutrition classes. numerous test and lots of information. after the surgery they follow you for 6 months i have my own nut and baratric team. thats kaiser

Sounds much like my united health plan. However, the nutritional guidance sounds a bit different. I guess that is to be expected.
