Perform a forum search for blood clots, there have been several threads with some good information posted.

I receieved a blood clot in my arm because of the IV during the surgery. 4 months later I am still dealing with it. I currently on 15mg of warfarin. I am young and healthy and not prone to blood clots. It can happen to anyone. Good luck. I hope you don't get a blood clot and that everything works out for you.
