One Month Visit

Had my one month visit today, was moved to solid foods, cleared for exercise and was released back to work!! Yay!!

    Did you feel like you needed all 4 weeks or do you think you could have gone back? I ask because I've only got a couple weeks off for my own surgery. I've heard other people are ok but others are completely wiped out.
