Is This The Norm?

5 weeks out & could barely finish one low- salt piece of ham & cheese roll- up. Shouldn't I be taking in a little more? Drinking fine & getting in my protein shake.

That sounds about right. I wasn't doing any meats until 2 months out. At 5 weeks I was doing full liquids (puddings, soups, mashed potatoes )

I was on meats after 3. I guess some days are better than others. I have to remember that we're healing....

And everyone heals differently. I had to learn to be patient and I still suck at it. But some days I can eat some things and eat a lot. Other days like today I have had 3 cheese crackers and I have not been able to eat anything else. Best of luck! Happy losing!
