Stall Every 3 Weeks

Anyone experiencing having a stall about every 3 weeks or so? They last at least a week. Any suggestions? I'm down 90 and I realize that is great but its depressing to see it stop. :(

    Yes, this happens to me. I think it is expected based upon how the body works to replenish glycogen levels.
