I don't go to my preop class until Wed. What kind of diet can I expect?

Mine and many others on here was two weeks of optifast. If not that something probably low carb with a lot of liquids. Good luck !

Mine is a 1 week Clear Liquid diet... I am on day 5... getting close now...

Thanks everyone. I have pre-op class tomorrow and my surgery is one week out. I decided to substitute some of my meals with a meal replacement and to have a frozen dinner at lunch. Should have all the details tomorrow.
