Eating Meat...........

Are some of you finding it easier to eat meat when it is wet or moist? Meaning, with sauce or a gravy on it. Or is it just me?

I can only handle small amounts of meat at a tıme and ıt has to be moıst or ı wıll throw up. ı mostly eat veggıes as small amounts of meat do not do and ı have to eat slowly over about 7 to 10 mınutes to eat the meat

My NUT said all meats should be moist. If not I might feel like they are stuck.

This is very common - my doc's plan has early meats be things like tuna or chicken salad - soft and squishy blended into sauce. Early meats by themselves would be dark meat poultry (fatter & moister than light meat) and fatter, moister cuts of beef when getting to that point. Chicken breast and the like can be some of the more difficult meats early on.
