Scared To Weigh

I haven't weighed myself for 2 weeks. Kindof scared to. I don't want to be disappointed if I haven't lost that much. 2 weeks ago I was in a stall.

Then don't. When in a stall measure yourself! You might not be losing weight but you ARE losing inches. It isn't possible to eat 600 calories a day and your body not react!

I know I'm losing inches because my bra is too big now and also my pants are loose. So that's a good thing.

That's what you want.

I am looking slimmer and meaner all the time but I flutter around the 226-230 weight and have been for a month.

In the mean time I am stepping up the exercise and putting on gorgeous muscle.

If I wasn't married and a heterosexual I would be attracted to me.:D

I am in awe of your willpower not to weigh!! Good for you. Stalls are so frustrating, I'm sure you will be happy when you weigh again.

Best of luck.

I don't own a scale but sometimes I do want to know the number but I figured this is less stressful than obsessing over every single pound lost or temporarily gained.

So true! I obsess like it's my job. I am seriously considering having my husband hide the scale for me.

I think I will weigh every 2 weeks and just deal with it I guess. I know I'll lose the weight but I guess like everyone else I want to lose it now. Ya know?
