Prilosec Question

Im having trouble getting the liitle balls that come out of the prilosec pills down with the apple sauce. It fels like i need to chew the balls or i will choke. Any suggestions on how to get these down more easily?

    i get a spoonful of chocolate pudding. the balls stick to it and the creaminess is lovely. hope this helps. :)
