Now What Did I Do?

Woke up this morning and sharp pains just under lower left rib. What the heck is going on. About a month out from surgery, no problems up till now. Last night I did have a piece of jerky that did not sit well and ended up getting sick. Hoping it was just from throwing up and pulled something but the pain is just hurting.

I sometimes feel a dull pain where my full stomach used to be. I am 8 weeks out and the morning is when it is the most noticeable. I think it usually happens when my stomach is completely empty. I also get nauseous a little when I brush my teeth. I had read it takes a full three to six months for everything to heal up completely so I am hoping those things subside. When I feel it at night, I usually go eat a piece of lunch meat with a slice of cheese and it does the trick.

Good news is, I am down 34 lbs and get compliments every day on my progress. I am over 1/2 way to goal and feeling great (Bmi was 33 preop)

Hang in there!!
