Smart Cow

So I decided to take a stroll over to Smart Cow frozen yogurt - I have had a terrible sweet craving and nothing is helping. Awesome place. I added three flavors- No sugar added- strawberry; dark choc and cheesecake. Just a tad of each. My whole bill was $2. Haha. I'm anxious to see how my body handles it. I've done so well with eating that treating myself.

Wow, I have no desire for sweets at all. As a matter of fact not even food. If I could take a pill for my protein that would be great.

I avoid "ose"es (sugar) unless it is in the veggies or maybe grains, but I did let myself have some frozen yogurt once...George (my sleeve) did not like it.

Yeah- my tummy isn't so sure either. I don't regret it because I think I may have learned something :-D.
