Oct 8Th Big Day!

I'm 8 days away... My first week of trying to diet for pre op was a complete failure! Instead, I've eaten everything in sight and now I'm worried!

I"ve been asking myself If I can't do one week, what's going to happen after survey?

So here the Q.

What should I be eating? I feel like I wasn't given enough info on what to eat before and after surgery.... Help?!?!

    Eat 30g or less of carbs per day. Drink a lot of water and sugar free drinks like crystal light. Fish,chicken,turkey no fried foods. Sugar free jello and popsicles. I started this last Wednesday I'm already down 14lbs my surgery is Friday goodluck :)
