Finally Frustrates Enough To Post About It

I'm soooo familiar with all the stalls. I am. Logically I do understand but here's my whiny story. Lost 14 pounds in one week and haven't lost a pound since. I'm almost to 3 weeks. I know that is great to lost that much - I do. Buttttttt I do weigh myself daily (if I don't I would get so upset at the shock no loss if I waited)- and I hardly take in 500-600 calories. How in te world is that even physically possible to hold steady for that long?

Just frustrated and want to see the scale move. After living on a very select few foods- My brain just wants to eat badly (and I wont) as why the heck not if the darn scale isn't moving anyway.

Ok- got that off my chest with people that understand. Thanks for any support :).

Justine' date=' glad to hear your stall has broken. Do you eat any fruit, grainy bread, Pasta, rice, fats like oliive oil, nuts, avocado or vege? Variety is good and will give you energy and nutrition. Maybe start adding one new thing each day???[/quote']

Thank you. No I don't eat any of that because I'm still on soft foods. I do get some fats in- sour cream once in awhile. Right now my dad gave me a squash from his garden and as a kid I always said i hated it when in fact i never tried it. So it's in the oven win butter and homemade

Maple syrup. I probabaly will hate it. I'm picky!

There are lots of soft fruits you can have such as mashed banana, berries etc and why not try porridge as full of fibre and nice and soft. Oat or rice porridge is yummy. Mashed avocado with anything savoury is another way to get fats in. Lots of soft cooked vege including spinach, sweet potato etc should go down. Maybe make a casserole with meat and vege as it all gets soft and yummy.

And don't forget eggs are ok at soft stage....scrambled or poached with soft cooked mushrooms. You may only get in 1/2 cup but yummy and good Protein and nuttition
