I feel ya girl! This was my first week of all solid food and in no time at all, 4 lbs came right back. I'm telling myself this is not surprising, but I also feel almost no restriction and the portion sizes are creeping up. I've scheduled my first fill for Oct. 19. Water aerobics class -- here I come!

August 15. Down 23 pounds. Had my first fill today. 2cc in an 11 cc band. I think my band doc said he uses the Vanguard bands, so I think those are 11cc. Not positive though.
