DH asked me yesterday is I wanted any extra cirriculum (sp?) in my exercise yesterday. I forgot to ask the doctor at my 2 week post- op. Anyone know? I am still sore in the belly area!

  • My doctor told me two weeks for almost all physical activity. Just no heavy lifting (75 pounds or more) for a month at least. I would say whenever you feel comfortable is safe for you by this time.

Well, I am 4 weeks out today and waited 3 weeks. Never asked my Md when it was OK. Just do what feels OK with you. ; )

I was sleeved 9/14 and have some soreness that I think wouldn't make it fun. I feel bad for my hubby, though. Hopefully next week!! :)

There are plenty of ways (as I'm sure you know) to perform that won't put any pressure on your tummy area. Good luck and have fun!! :)
