Stalled For 3 Weeks Help !

im 10 week post op ... I'm happy with my results thus far but I'm stalled for 3 weeks !! any suggestions? I'm now able to tolerate all foods and my stomach can take in just about anything.. of course in moderation.. i do watch my portions my calories and i do not snack like before i take my vitamins ... if i overeat its bad!! so i def avoid overeating i go into severe pain sweaty and i fall into a comatose feeling.. just want to pass out.. so i never ever over do it its such horrible episodes and scary.. that i DO not make myself full.. really need help with this stall my scale doesn't budge. thanks
