Me! I think I need to start adding oil to some of my meals. I haven't done this yet -- although my "manual" says that I should add two teaspoons of oil daily.

    So very dry, I am olived skin and never burn or peel or anything and all of a sudden all my skin is funky flaky. I was thinking maybe not enough fluids.
