Detox

Help!!! I am about 4 months out but I have lost my mind. My eating is out of control. I need to detox my system ASAP. I remember someone posing about a great detox when you fall off the wagon but I can't find it. If anyone has any suggestions please post.

    I've read it and its a myth, from what I hear there is nothing that resets your sleeve per say. Everyone will advise you o track every bite and get back in the basics. Best of luck, you can do it!
