I Cant Stop Burping When I Sip Water

Am 5 days post op 9/13 am haveing a problem everytime i sip i start burping..I this normal?

    Yes it is normal. I had surgery on the 10th and was burping in the recovery room! The burping will lessen day by day but I still burp. Don't worry it is a good thing!
