So I was searching for ways to flavor my water since I gave up on my crystal light and mio because they r really horrible for you. This stuff sounds great and can't wait to order it. U flavor yr water with it or whatever u r drinking and it's all natural because it's made with stevia. No chemicals or bad stuff. Yay! Just thought I'd share ;)

Aspartame and sucralose are horrible for you. These things get blocked in ur liver and are really bad for you. I've been doing research after my brother who went into sports and medicine told me a few things.

Steevia has an aftertaste and stuff sweetend with it, like vitamin water zero. Just taste too sweet

I guess you just have to get used to it

Been drinking saccarine since 1976. Talk about aftertaste, but I got used to it ( no longer drinking sweet and low). I'll get used to steevia

If you read the ingredients for these things, especially saccharin, it sounds more like a heavy duty cleaner than a sweetner. Try to avoid them all but impossible with protein shakes...Stevia is best healthwise...
