Change In Tastebuds Since Surgery?

I've noticed I have been craving for veggies and have become obsessed with healthy recipes since my surgery. Grocery shopping went a lot different for me this time I looked for fresh veggies even asparagus which I've never tried before and I have always disliked most veggies.

Thats a good thing! Keep it up! Just make sure you get your protein also.

Caution with asparagus.. it is very fiberous, the stalk is anyway. I was advised to only eat the tips.
