Also how much can you eat at 1 sitting like how many Ozs can your sleeve hold?

I was august 24, but I figured it was close enough :) I too am 21 lbs down as far as eating, I am still on full liquids :( I don't get to start foods until next Thursday. That has been the hardest part!! Sounds like you are doing great, I wish you the best of luck and continued success :)

Thanks so much sounds like you doing great too!!! :-)

Hi...I was August 23rd too. Here in the uk they have a slightly different take on the diet - post op...I was on full liquids for two weeks, now on purée, mash ...anything relatively smooth and can eat approx the size of an egg (don't know how much that is in oz) . Have another week on that and them its small meals of any softer meats and fish etc etc. just no bread, alcohol etc for a couple of months. I'm down 20lbs with 64lbs to go:):)

Big hugs

Xx

I was sleeved Aug 21 and am down 26 pounds. I can eat a couple bites of soft food at one sitting. I'm really bad about taking my Vitamins and getting my Protein in. My average protein is about 40g which is not enough, I know.

You're doing great!! What are you eating?

I'm eating tuna fish salad, crab salad, Tialpia made a lot different ways and from different restaurants, Salmon, shrimp, roast beef from Golden Corral, sliced ham with string cheese, 1 buffalo chicken drumette, a couple bites gumbo with chicken & sausage, boudin just 1 bite though lol the rice swells u. Chili, cooked veggies carrots, onions, mushrooms, tomatoes, refried beans, eggs. I had potato soup but won't do that again it filled me up way to fast. I'm not getting that much protein in either, you maybe doing better then I am I'm only getting my protein from food I eat. I drink about 2 1/2 bottles of 16.9 fl OZs water a day that's about it. Oh and I eat 1 oz at breakfast 1 1/2 at lunch and 2 ozs at dinner. I do take my vitamins faithfully. You doing fantastic 26 lbs in a lil over 3 weeks that's Great.

Mine was in Aug 25 I'm down 23lbs.

Also I'm not doing Good with the Protein.

I eat not much I'm having problems. I throw up a lot. I can eat 3 crackers with chicken salad. I tryed applesauce yogurt and pudding . But I had no luck with those texture.

When I get VERY thirsty I run to the popsicles..lol..

On Saturday I will be 21 days post op.
