Hi there! My doctor does require a 2 week liquid diet. He requires Meal Replacement shakes up to 800 calories. My shakes have 25 grams of Protein each in them and 200 calories each. I am allowed 4. You can drink all the sugar-free drinks you want (Crystal Light, Water, coffee (artificial sweetener and no cream), sugar-free Jello and sugar free popsicles.

I just started my liquid diet on Thursday. It's been going pretty well, for the most part. I just always have a drink next to me and drinking constantly.

I hope this helps a little. Good luck!

GNC Lean Shake 25. I use Vanilla. That way I can flavor it with any kind of Crystal Light I want.

I started my liquid diet on the 7th ... I can only have 4 protein shakes ( primere protien 30g of protein) and broth ... i get sleved monday the 17th , good luck ...its not as bad as I thought, good luck

I start mine on Saturday - 10 days required. Breakfast Essentials or similar type drink - 5-6 8 ounce servings each day, plus broth, SF popsicles or jello, crystal light and other drinks are also allowed.

14 days of pre-op diet. Replace 2 meals with protein shake (i chose muscle milk), and one meal consists of 6-8 oz lean protein, 1 cup green vegetables, 1 cup fruit. Any SF drinks such as koolaid, crystal lite, broth, etc. cut out All fat and sugar. And no carbs. No potatoes, carrots, or bananas
