Hi All,
I had my surgery July 11th. For the most part I was doing two protein shakes a day and keeping everything else very low carb. My weight has been coming off slowly and I feel my digestive system is mad at me.
Lately I have been incorporating carbs, still doing my protein shakes and eating as a normal person would (think weight watchers) and it seems the weight is coming off quicker.
I was scared to use this approach because everything I read goes against it.
What do you all think about doing lean cuisines for my lunches and dinner for example and having cereal for breakfast? Has anyone reached their goal with this way of eating? Is there a reason low carb is not working as effectively?
Thanks in advance
