Five Days Out- Restriction Question

So, as the topic suggests, I'm five days post-op and wondering about restriction.. the first day was rough, i could barely drink 1/10 bottle of water, and of course, as the days went by it got better... and today I can nearly chug. Is this normal? I'm not forcefully chugging or gulping water, but I'm surprised at how I can go from barely a teaspoon to killing 1.5 liters of water in about 2 hours. Is this normal? Should I be worried?

I was able to drink almost normally about 5 days post op. I was worried too but heard it was a good thing.

I'm the same way. I can handle quite a bit of liquid. That's a good thing. It means you're healing well. You will feel the restriction the most when you start eating solid food.
