Still Hungry

Im so surprised how hungry I still am 4 months after the operation, I ate at least 8 times today & a fairly decent amount to. I pray to god I haven't stretched something......

I had the same worry when I was eating that much but at the end I realized it was so small there's no way you can stretch your sleeve. Make sure you do your protein first . It keeps you full longer. Good luck

Thanks for the advice mate, yeh the surgeon said you'd have to go pretty hard to stretch anything, still it's a bit hard to not be a little concerned......I NEVER want to be overweight ever again!!
