Bad Day

I'm in my third week and feel like Ive been really making great progress. Focusing on staying hydrated and keeping everything soft that goes in. The weight loss is phenomenal. My peak was 334 and I'm at 285 now.

I prob know the answer already but is it normal to have a bad day? I've felt weak and yucky all day.

Hard time drinking water and anything in my mouth just was not feeling welcome.

Appreciate any thoughts and experiences.

I forget that I'm still in the early stages and in my head I expect everything to be normal.

I get tired so easily. Yet some days I'm livin the food life.

Yes I think it's normal. Make sure u hv enough vitamins water and u should b fine. Hv some extra protein drink that should help

Sounds pretty normal. Week 3 is pretty fresh in my mind (week 6 for me) I had days just like you describe. For me, I think those days where a result of my body just not having enough calories in the previous days and wanted a rest. Usually I was up and able the next day to start on getting my liquid and protein in. Hope you feel better tomorrow.
