Day 4 Pre Op Diet

Wow I can't believe this, I have lost 11.9 lbs since wednesday! I am in day 4, haven't cheated, I was sick yesterday and couldn't eat. I don't really feel as hungry as I thought I would. Can't wait surgery is Sept 12...11 days and counting!!!

    I knew its only 11 lbs but i feel really good about it. Good lick with your pre op and surgery!
