Moving To Full Liquids

Has been more difficult than I thought it would be. I was so excited to have cream Soups and some version of food! It's been difficult my sleeve is starting to to speak to me! Very little gives me what im guessing is now full.

I'm only starting with 1/3-1/2 cup. Thanks!

I am only 7 days out, but for fear of taking into much and suffering the consequences I measure even my clear liquid in a 1/2 cup (4oz) measuring cup then once measured put it in my cup. I have not thrown up once yet but have felt full. Tomorrow I start full liquids also hope it works as well.
