I got no relief for the first week. I was sent home with liquid vicodin. Didnt work. Got liquid percocet. Didn't work. I was miserable. I only got relief when I got a trigger point injection (steroids and numbing medicine).

It was at least a week. It felt like they stepped on me to pull my stomach out...lol

A heating pad helped me out a lot on a low setting also an ace bandage around tummy for support.

Hope you feel better soon!

Call your surgeon's office but you might get some relief from Neosporin with pain relief (Lidocaine maybe) in it. I used that when I had my gallbladder taken out and it definitely worked to knock the edge off my pain.

hmmm ok. i can deal for a few more days. It was just odd to me that only one incision hurts lol. One of the incisions is RIGHT where the front of my bra sits, so I am in my jammies for a few days

I have the same thing. Just don't make a mistake and sneeze without holding your stomach. I did that and I'm now 6 weeks post op and it still hurts when using that particular muscle. Doctor said that's where they do most of the work. It will get better as the days pass. Good luck.
