I'm having my surgery at 4pm tomorrow!!! I'm really proud of sticking to my preop diet. This quote has gotten me through temptation these last couple weeks

I had to remember that when camping with friends this past weekend. Everyone indulged in food and I stayed on track. Hoping I can continue. Good luck to everyone else having surgery this week! Down 14 pounds (231 to 217) during preop diet

Grats girl.. it only gets better from here. I am so proud of myself and it all started with how well I did pre-op and now I am one month post op. There are soooo many soft mushy terrible things we can have during this time and I am very happy with myself for not having them

My surgery date is not schedule yet. But it should be sept or oct. I'm excited I have one more test and I should get my date the end of this month. Congrats to everyone
