3 Month Stall Anyone!?

Hello!! I am 3 1/2 months post-op, and have been losing weight consistently, maybe 6 days max, I have stalled but nothing major. But now...... its been 3 weeks!!!!!!! Ive increased protein, more water, more meals less meals, and so on and nothing. I work out twice a day and so I also wonder if its that! I feel like I am going to stay like this forever! has anyone been through a 3 month stall?! what did u do?

I had a stall at almost 4 months out and it lasted 7 weeks, just be patient as you can and it will pass!

It happens to everyone. Your body is just trying to hold on to your weight because your calories are low and it thinks your starving. It can't hold on for long. I have stalled 3 times on 6 months for 1-4 weeks. Just came off of my last 3 week stall and boom...I lost 3 lb in 3 days (this Friday, Saturday, and today). Just keep doing your diet and workouts. It will kick into gear.

You're not alone. I was sleeved on 5/30 and doing great. Then along comes July 24th and NO MORE WEIGHT LOSS!!!! I have been stuck at 273-275 since then. Finally I called the nutritionist out of desperation. He said my body was in shock and thought it was starving to death with the rapid weight loss, restricted calories and aggressive workouts. "Just stick to the plan." (Darn it! I wanted a "fix").

Well, today I weighed 271. I'm praying that this is my body figuring it out!!! Good luck! Hopefully that scales budges soon.
