Looking For A Buddy...

I'm 12 weeks post op and am trying to connect with people who have a similar approach to this journey. I am pretty much by the books, on the plan, trying to get to my goal every day. I've lost 58 lbs in just over three months, but have another 57 to go. I would love to find others taking the same approach with fitness and diet - I have a lot to learn still! Mary

Awesome job! Your an inspiration to us all.

Mary...like you, I'm also a "by the book" person. I've been working hard at the gym, walking 45 minutes twice a day, and doing water aerobics (an hour twice a day). Unfortunately, I've developed some issues with my left hip, and am unable to do much at the gym for a couple weeks. (Its killing me!! LOL) I'd love to know what you've been doing, in terms of working out.

I've also been "by the book" since surgery. I'm eating high Protein low carb diet and exercising. I'm 9 weeks post op and have lost 49lbs and have another 67lbs to go.
