Oatmeal 14 Days Out?

On my list of things I can have at 14 days out is oatmeal. It sounds good and I want to try it, but I am a little afraid of it. Has anyone else tried oatmeal at 14 days?

      I'm alittle over a month out. I havnt tried it either. I stay away from everything with carbs. Except the normal carbs in veggies.
