A Period After 6 Years Without One... Really?!

Warning...may be TMI ... I've not had a period for 6 years. The first 5 years I had an IUD and in the past 7 mth I've had an implanon inserted in my arm. Both of these devices stopped my period....until now.... I'm 19 days post op and got my period 2 days ago...Unlucky, strange or normal considering what my body has been through?
