Huge Pill..eek

I have a uti and my urologist called in my medicine when I left his office. I picked it up and wow this pill is HUGE, its bactrim. I'm almost 3 months out, and I can't reach my Dr....anyone know if my sleeve can handle this pill? I don't want to delay taking it, but I don't want to hurt my stomache. Any suggestions?

Get a pill cutter at the pharmacy and cut it into 4 pieces after asking the pharmacist if that's ok. That's what I do.
