freedom

I have selected a new avator and I chose the butterfly. This has truely been such an amazing journey already and I feel set free from the bondage of food and I no longer am abusing myself.I have a magnet that says " Just when the catapiller thought life was over it became a butterfly " And that is what we are all doing now is going through metamorphis (I have no idea how to spell that) The great thing about it is we are all beautiful and unique and there isn't another just like you. I hope you all are having a blessed day. Ginny

My original name was 4x4x4 because that's how I really felt about myself. (Fatty, fatty, 2x4, can't get through the bathroom door...) But I changed it to New Hope, because I feel hopeful about getting healthier. I haven't had any reason to feel that way in years. I'm so thankful for my band and for the encouragement and support that I've found on this site!

Metamorphasis is a wonderful thing. Remember that it is not always comfortable - change is leaving the familiar and heading into the unknown. But the rewards are great.

I'm proud of both of you for taking this step and letting it transform how you think of yourselves. That is the most important part of the journey... The weightloss part is the gravy.
