Lost 10 Pounds In 4 Days!

Just had to share. On my liquid 2 week pre-op diet since Monday and am down 10 pounds!! I'm a huge guy, so it's relative, but I hope that this post encourages someone who is dreading it.

FYI I fell off the wagon on yesterday and had 2 handfuls of raw cashews and 4 ounces of turkey but back on today and feel good!
