My date is 1-19-15!! Very excited. Go Monday for my bloodwork and the 13th for final weigh in.

I agree. Some of His office staff can suck and they are inconsistent I couldn't get the same answer twice from some of them and I called him and his secretary on it. I've quit smoking, lost twenty pounds and still felt like shit for splurging a little on thanksgiving too so do I need to lie about the two Christmas Cookies I ate? That's not what this program/support is about.

Needless to say I'm letting it roll off...and I will put the cookies on my food log! I'm proud of all my accomplishments and hard work since I committed myself to a healthier lifestyle
