Well I do have a liquid. Diet but it's only for today! But I can see a difference in my weight I'm officially out of the 270's!!! I'm 269.2!!! Lol that "." really matters! My goal was to get under 270 before surgery and I made it today and surgery is in the morning. Whoa that was close lol

I'm officially two weeks away! Started pre-op diet today and its a struggle! I have been doing great the last 3 months of having Protein shakes for breakfast and lunch. The kind they made me buy is a different story! Constant feeling I'm gonna puke and its clumpy and weird. I prefer my whey protein isolate wayyyy better! Where there's a will there's a way and I refuse to cheat!

Congrats to everyone in October!!!!

I just bought the whey protein isolate 28 chocolate flavor! Which is really really good, my favorite so far! I got is at GNC and they have a to go cup blender! I love it! It works great! No clumps at all!

Looks like many of us are getting there!! I started my pre-op diet Saturday night and go in on Wednesday morning. Have to be there at 530 am and surgery is scheduled for 7am! Will be there 2 days and go home Friday if all is well!! :) I am so glad to hear from the ones who have had their's done and things seem to be going well!!

Have you tried the Premeier Protein Chocolate shakes? They are the best tasting ones I have found.

October 30 as long as the insurance approval comes in. I called them since it's been 7 days and it's still pending

Consent form signed :-)

Did that tonight, myself!!

It's really REAL now! ;)

Well is 12:29 am 10/10/12 my surgery went great and I feel good. Best advice I can give is to get up and walk as soon as they will let you. And keep asking them to let you walk. Next thing follow your pre-op diet Dr said my liver looked great and made things easier on him.
