Itchy,scaly Boobs

My boobs have gone down about 2 or 3 cup sizes. But I now have an itchy scaly rash on the top??? What's going on?

    My skin period has been dry and flaky in places. I was wondering why as well. I've been making 50 -60 oz of water, so it shouldn't be a dehydration thing. I am seeing my surgeon for a follow up next Tuesday, I plan on talking to him about it.
