Hi, I'm late to the party but wanted to reply. I've had T1DM for 18 years, been pumping for 10. I'm having sleeve surgery on 8/21 and have the same fears about low bgs. Im doing my 2 week pre-op diet

nslnsweetie-Sorry to hear about the plateau, that stinks. I'm just over 3 months out, but have found that I need to watch my carbs even more than I did before the surgery to keep the weight coming off

Hell!! I am gearing up for the sleeve, but im sooo scared of low blood
sugars and wls. I have been type 1 for 21 years, and pumping for 13 years. I have tried every diet and working out. My dr suggested the sleeve.
