    I started pickles at roughly 6 weeks with no issues. I <3 pickles. I wrap them in a piece of low sodium ham, with a wedge of Laughing Cow low fat swiss cheese for a high protein, low cal snack!

    I just read on another thread how sesame seeds in their crab salad could cause an abcess. I was just wondering about seeds in general
