UPDATE: I'm a slow loser Today I'm down 40lbs & I'm 14 wks post-op....I'm proud of the lost tht I have accomplished bt wish I could lose a lil faster....pre-op I lost 7 lbs...June 8 was surgery...lost 20 lbs 4 tht month....July lost 6lbs....August lost 5lbs.. & so far 4 Sept. Iost 2lbs...I'm doing very well & actually put on a size 8 pants this week...bt still have 20lbs 2 go 2 my weight goal!!!!

Yes im always cold since surgery...b4 I would sweat like crazy...not anymore!

Ok 2 day I turned 8wks post-op...I love to eat my tuna w/potato chips... No,bread r crackers....bt wondered if I cud try eatin it w/baked lays?

Is it safe 2 eat pickles at 7 Weeks post-op....IVE been cravin 4 pickles
