Weight Loss Goals?

Do you ever set small goals for yourself or is it best to just kinda go with how your body is doing on its own?

I was sleeved June 25 and haveost 26 lbs. My husband and I are taking a vacation in a month and I would love to be down another 20-25 lbs. I know that's not a totally unattainable goal, but I'm wondering if its recommended to or not to set goals like that.

I hope to lose 10 lbs a month after that first month. I am about 8 weeks out and my losing pattern is changing from that "I'm losing a pound a day" that happens the first month after surgery - to drop 2 and then hang out at that weight for 4-5 days, drop again etc. Stair steps.

I would be happy with 8-12 lbs - actually I am happy with losing anything haha!
