But then I get diahhrhea. So then I start taking it again and within one day of taking it bad constipation and lots of bloating. I feel like my entire intestines are filled... Very uncomfortable

Any advice?

I get constipated a lot! I get the same "full" feeling you are talking about. It gets bad when I am on certain medicines so I just use a natural vegetable laxative once at night time ( its a gradual one, not the explosive type) to get things going, and then it gets a little more regular. I hope this helps.

What's the name of your laxative and where do you get it? How long does it take to work?

I can't remember the name right off the top of my head, but I know it is Walmart brand and its works in a few hours. I took it once during the day and it took forever to work it seems, so I just wake up in the morning and go.

I will look for the bottle in the morning and give you the name of the actual ingredient. I swear its awesome!

No problem!

Check at pharmacy for liquid iron, doesn't cause constipation. In Australia it's called spa tone, not sure about USA.

Also... You could try slow fe. It is time released so it is less harsh on your system. I can only use this kind because of all the GI side effects.
