Paranoid

So I'm ten days post op and every time I have a little ache or pain, my mind starts immediately imagining that I have a leak or some other complication. I really have no reason to think anything is wrong, I'm just totally paranoid. I mean, is it possible to have something pretty major wrong without knowing it? Is anyone else out there paranoid every time they have some unidentified physical sensation?

No, I am two weeks out and feel the same way. I will even go so far as to stop eating and revert back to liquids only! The idea of a leak is very scary!
